The hotel was very easy to find, a few minutes walk from Victoria train station. It was perfect to use as a base while we explored London. Very convenient location and clean inside. Would use again.

It is in the heart of the city, two blocks from Victoria station. It is perfect for one or two people who just need a clean updated room for a night or two. Other than an extremely overpriced continental breakfast, there are no other amenities. The rooms are incredibly small, but for an old downtown London building, they are probably average. It was a tight squeeze with a family of three. Two beds filled the room wall-to-wall. We stayed in a sub-ground floor room. The windows had bars but we didn't see how we could escape in case of fire. No instructions provided. You could hear the subway at night, but it was minor and didn't cause any vibrations. This wouldn't have been an issue if above the ground floor. Hallways were so narrow that two people could not pass each other. In summary, it's a clean bed and bath in a good location.
